Little Corellas

Taking flight in the blue Australian sky in full squawk.
The Little Corella in the middle of this trio is probably a young bird hatched this year. Corellas in the Top End breed between February and July. He seems to be enjoying the attention!
These corellas, members of the Kakadu National Park flock, are settling in for a mid-morning siesta, but at least one has other ideas!
This Little Corella fledgling is probably around two months old. He was the "littlest" corella we saw among the Kakadu flock, a bit unsteady on his perch but busily occupying himself by chewing on tiny branches.
